One particular house owner from Harrogate informed The Property Purchasing Corporation (opens in new tab) a spooky story about when footsteps chased them out of their residence on transferring day. ‘The residence was entirely empty, not a single piece of home furniture left, and absolutely everyone had still left for the past time except me.
